Your mind is the air, not the balloon
If i gave an analogy to describe your mind and likened it to a blown up balloon;
What part of the balloon do you think represents your mind?
Because it's not the actual skin of the balloon instead. It's the air inside. So what about the actual balloon skin?
The balloon skin represents the boundary to your mind. So what happens if that balloon skin pops?
You literally lose your mind! Why?? Because all the air that was in the closed boundary of inside the balloon is now dispersing everywhere, there is no container to your thoughts.
You have literally lost your mind. Does that make sense? This must be what happens when someone goes crazy. All the air that was kept in the space of the balloon before it popped is now In a boundary that said person isn't familiar with.
And It manifests in the way they act.
It's even in the words, if you stress someone enough they will lose their mind. What is stress?
What is the formula for stress in physics? It's force divided by area. Which is the same for pressure.
Funnily enough you can stress someone putting them under pressure!

The more you blow up a balloon you increase the pressure inside it, stretching the balloon and causing more stress to the skin of the balloon.
Apply this same logic to humans & their minds.
