The man part? It's short for Manifestor.
So when you're a human you're a Manifestor of/via (Hue) aka LIGHT!

A woman is a Manifestor that manifests via their womb & Rightly so.
Look at what women can do via giving birth, they literaly manifest a spirit in physical form via their womb.

So when you're a human woman.
You're literaly a Manifestor of light that manifests light into physical form via your womb.
