What Hunter x Hunter took from Naruto and DBZ

You can proper tell the influence Hunter X Hunter took from Naruto & DBZ. It's nuts.

So Hunter x Hunter is basically DBZ characters in Naruto universe. Killua is Trunks with Sasuke's backstory & Gon is Gontenks. Instead of Chakras/Ninjustu they use their aura for Nen. Understood.

Instead of Cell they had King Meruem...

Deep this though, in the last ep of DBZ where Goku takes off basically leaving Gotenks with Chi-Chi. HxH starts with Gon living with a woman with no father in his life. Gons dad is basically Goku & Killuas Dad is Vegeta (Vegeta used to be an assassin) Killuas family are assassins

Nah they mixed this show the best way possible. Even Kurapikas backstory is basically Sasukes backstory too.

So really when you think about it the first Episode of HxH is continued (indirectly) from that last Ep of DBZ. Cray
