Watching paint dry with full awareness

You ever heard the phrase "as boring as watching paint dry?"
Well once you've reached a certain point of awareness it's not boring to literally watch paint dry because you have the awareness to see how it drying changes with unit time. When i say unit time i mean like per second

If you don't have the awareness it's boring AF watching paint dry. It looks like the same thing over and over again. It doesn't. You're just not aware enough. Once you have Enough awareness you can see how the paint finally becomes dry. It's almost fun!

So when you see these Buddhists meditating and it looks like they're staring into pure space they might be but they are LITERALLY watching the air right in front of them change every instant.. This is how you increase your awareness. To literally practise being aware.
