You're asleep. Weather REM or whatever. Even if you're doing astral projection, then your current soul isn't in your body. So why are you walking around animated. Something must have taken over your body while your soul was out.

It's either that. Or sleep walking is the extended knee-jerk reaction you get before you "fell" in your dream. As in. Whatever you were doing astral projecting, it's linked to your current body.

But the problem is this. Instead of you to have jerked & woken up if you thought you were going to die. Your current body is linked to whatever animation you're doing while in the process. So what if you're flying? Do you see the problem? At least you'd be in superman pose or sum

Even if you were having a casual stroll in Astral projecting. You'd be doing the animation of you walking. Either while asleep in your bed or you get out while still asleep & walk. Both still forms of sleepwalking. So it seems more likely something has you.

Astral projection & lucid dreaming can explain mild forms of sleepwalking like pissing in your bed while sleeping or a wet dream. Remember how > time patients state they felt they really were pissing/cumming? There were. Just not here. Their brain made the confusion of which body

It's the same logic of how you sustain damage sometimes in the form of astral projection & when you wake up you have a bruise on you. But chances are from that experience you were attacked by a lesser spirit.

& in classifying pissing/ejaculation as sleep walking as in autonomous action happening while sleeping. Even if it's as simple as those two actions.
