Heartbreak and the conversations in your head

ENTR0ZY·11 Jan 2024·2 min read

Tell the truth when you're heartbroken you have mental dialogue with the person who hurt your feelings and you speak to the imaginary version of them in your mind like you're having an actual conversation with them. Well guess what? They're doing the same to you in real time lol

In fact, you're doing what you're doing because they started it first lol and you detecting it is you responding to the imaginary things you're "imagining" them saying to you. If you're unmindful enough you'll get upset about something completely imaginary & unnecessary.

It's a shame cos when you're heartbroken you're not even low energetically to be THAT sad for that long. It's actually the other person sending you INTENSE MENTAL projections of "be sadd, be sadd, you're never gonna find another like mee, i'm having such a good time🤪"

And you'll accept it because you're already down from the fallout that's caused the heartbreak.

You can only go down if you're already low. It's like beating someone up gravely while they're already badly injured.

If you keep at realising what's going on, the other person the intensity of the thought will come back to the other person and THEY will end up having the daydream of you two arguing with even more intent. Instead of you. Who is now at mental peace.
