Entities in reflective surfaces

These entities live in the dimension of the reflective surface you've seen them on. Because they're spirit (a type of spirit, in this case a low frequency entity) You only see them when you use a reflective surface. What happens when you don't and it's just you?

Ok so here's why spiritually speaking, staring at glass mirrors is bad for you.
Firstly in Islamic culture, there's a superstition regarding never being too vain & stare at yourself in glass mirrors nor keep them in your house nor your bedside
You feel them instead. And considering that you yourself is one big spirit. You'll "feel" them in and around your body and waking consciousness as:
Insecurity
Low frequency thoughts such as voilence or anything negative
Low frequency emotions as any negative emotion experienced.
Intrusive thoughts
And lastly feeling low randomly.
There's a few things you can do to dispell them. Including spiritually cleaning your area. ORRR raising your vibration of consciousness to the point where they can't come near you regardless
