AWA: the meditation that leads straight to enlightenment

ENTR0ZY·28 Jan 2024·1 min read

ALSO.
there's a type of meditation practise called AWA that'll lead to direct enlightenment. It's quite aggressive in its form of reaching there but it's DIRECT. AWA stands for awareness watching awareness. And it's exactly that, meditate, retreat inside your mind and this time..

Inside of just wondering about your mind, summon all of your consciousness inside you and direct it at itself. How do you do that? Just watch yourself, mentally. But how do you do THAT? exactly as I've described lmfaooo. Watch yourself... watching yourself.

If you can do that, your rate of consciousness will soar.
If you still don't understand what I'm saying, it's exactly like staring at yourself in a mirror. But you take it one step further, you're staring at yourself staring at yourself.

If you do this practice for about 40 hours (not all at once Jesus, like 20 mins each day until 40hrs) you'll find that you're already on the path to enlightenment (in terms of reaching the threshold frequency of consciousness in order to be defined as enlightened)
